I realized that was my credit card number and not my wife’s account. She stated they were going to tell me the same thing and I wasn’t hurting her in anyway!! Supervisor gets on the phone and starts repeating what the last girl was saying to me !! I started getting a little aggravated and I told her I needed to change my service to another liberal company!! She agreed and proceeded to cancel the phone order without even trying to help!! She then stated that my credit card ending in 7029 would be credited in 10 business days. I’m a true Patriot.BUT I can’t stand this awful customer service!! Wanted to get a new iPhone for my wife for Christmas, so I called up and placed the order with my credit card number!! They sent here a txt stating that the amount for the phone came out of her account!! Surprise!!! NOT!! I called and was told order had to be canceled and they had already sent the phone! The lady on the phone is completely clueless on good customer service !! I asked if I could talk to a boss.
